Will’s new album with pianist Jonathan King, Show Me The Way, releases on March 8, 2024 on Cedille Records and features Renée Fleming, Nicole Cabell, J'Nai Bridges, Terry Liverman, Lady Jess, and Tahirah Whittington.
Will starred in the Met Opera's premiere of X: The Life and Times of Malcolm X in Fall 2023, which was the third opera by a Black composer in the company’s history.
Will performed at the 2023 US Open men’s final with Yannick Nézet-Séguin and the Metropolitan Opera orchestra.

Will won a 2023 Grammy Award for Best Opera Recording for the Metropolitan Opera’s production of Terence Blanchard’s Fire Shut Up In My Bones.
Will's new opera, The Factotum, had its world premiere at the Lyric Opera of Chicago in February 2023. The Factotum is now available for streaming.
